All of our images are individually created in "Limited Editions" quantities. All prints are printed to archival standards over 100+ years guaranteed by the manufacturer of the photo paper, canvas, or optional advertising materials.

What are your warranties?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their wall art, post-note cards, murals, Bible pens, watercolors, paintings, event or advertising photography.
Our archival, gallery images are fully protected under the copyright laws of the United States, and are guaranteed against fading for 100 years+ by Kodak, Ilford, Epson, or Fuji Crystal paper manufacturers if properly framed, matted, and glassed (for prints).
Our archival canvas products are sealed with acyrlic spray, or brushed stroked with acyrlics, but may need streched onto wood stretchers and framed to help preserve them.
Upon request, we can provide permission to use some of our images pro bono by crediting our web site on your home web site page using the HTML below. Save the HTML code to your web site directory. If you are using the images for print, advertising, news letters for non-web site use, please place our web site name in a conspicous place. Any other arrangements can be made with our approval in advance.
Do not use our images to create your own web gallery, CD, or DVD. Under no circumstances shall the images be used pornographic, libelous, defamatory, or any other improper, illegal use.

What are your return and shipping policies?
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, and must be in re-saleable condition, clean, and in their original packaging.
All customized items are non-refundable, and can not be cancelled once processed due to their custom nature. An example of a custom item might be an image especialled created for you (with your prior approval of a proof via email or mail of a product) before shipment to you.
We do our best to ship your order with 7 to 14 business days, but assume no responsibility for delays caused by supply shortages from manufacturers, labor strikes, inclement weather, or conditions beyond our control.
We ship most orders UPS ground, or certified mail unless customers request a specific carrier they have under service contract. Most orders we ship can be tracked by logging onto:
Do I pay sales tax?
If your organization is tax exempt, you can submit your tax id exemption certificate or other proof of exemption required by law.
Ohio residents must pay 6% sales tax since our business is located in Ohio. Other states must pay sales tax as listed by their sales tax codes.

Most credit cards are accepted by our affiliates for Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, and Debit Cards.
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, or business checks. Personal checks are accepted but may cause a delay in your order until they clear the banks. |
