Our gallery images, collages, and graphics, are archival in nature and fully protected under copyright law. All images are printed on fade resistant, archival photographic paper, watercolor paper, or on canvas guaranteed by Kodak, Ilford, Epson, or Fuji from 75 to 150+ years. Images can be produced complete with brush strokes on real canvas. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days as a general rule, and must be in re-saleable condition, clean, and in their original packaging. All returns must be cleared by CCNow, Inc. , http://www.ccnow.com, 1-877-226-6977, (our on-line retailer) with a return authorization number (or credit on your credit cards) before being returned to us. We clear all returns ordered by mail only.
All customized items are non-refundable, and can not be canceled once processed due to their custom nature. An example of a custom item might be an image especially created for you (and with your prior approval) of the proof and final product before shipment to you. Custom orders are for mail-in only payable by check or money order, and not using ANY CREDIT CARDS.
We do our best to ship your order within 5 to 7 business days, but we assume no responsibility for delays caused by supply shortages from manufacturers, labor strikes or conditions beyond our control.

If your organization is tax exempt, you can submit your tax or id exemption certificate or other proof of exemption required by your state.
Sales Tax of 7%, is charged on orders placed through our on-line reseller, CCNow, Inc., member of the Better Business Bureau.
Ohio and other state residents must pay sales tax in the county where merchandise is delivered, not the sales tax rate where it is sold.
Products are exempt from Ohio sales tax if the photos are used in promotional copy for advertisement, or if your organization is tax exempt by law.
